SAI was responsible for the preliminary environmental study, preliminary and final design of the interchange and relocation of S.R. 3093, and the construction consultation and shop drawing review.

Physical Features: 
  • New Diamond Interchange with S.R. 0119 (Phase II completed in 2008).
  • Relocation of two miles of S.R. 3093 to allow for future and expanded development (Phase I completed in 2004).
  • Traffic to be maintained on S.R. 0119 during interchange construction.
  • Two-span continuous pre-stressed concrete spread box beam bridge.
