Glenn D. Stickel, PE President

Glenn D. Stickel, PE, joined SAI Consulting Engineers, Inc. in 1982 and currently holds the position of President.  Previously, Glenn held the positions of bridge inspector, bridge designer, project engineer, project manager, and vice president before being promoted to President in 2018. Prior to joining SAI, Glenn began his civil engineering career with Pullman Swindell in 1980.

Glenn earned a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from West Virginia University and a master of science degree in civil engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.  He is a registered engineer in Pennsylvania, Florida and West Virginia. A sampling of the notable projects Glenn has managed during his career at SAI include the Masontown Bridge Replacement, Fort Pitt Boulevard/Interstate Connector, the Lane Bane Bridge Rehabilitation, and the 6th, 7th, and 9th Street Bridge rehabilitations.

Glenn has been very active in professional societies throughout the years including the American Society of Highway Engineers (ASHE), where he has served on their board of directors and national conference committees, and the Association for Bridge Construction and Design (ABCD). He is an avid golfer, has served as a board member for his church, and coached little league baseball in his community.

 

 

 

Dr. Ahmad Ahmadi, PE Vice President and Chief Bridge Engineer 

Dr. Ahmad Ahmadi, PE, began his civil engineering career when he joined SAI Consulting Engineers, Inc. in 1986 where he currently holds the position of Vice President. Previously, Ahmad held the positions of director of structures, quality and design technology, bridge designer, project engineer, and structures department manager before being promoted to Principal and Director of Structures, Quality and Design Technology in 2015.

Ahmad earned a master of science and doctorate degrees in civil engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. He is a registered professional engineer in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Florida, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Virginia, and North Carolina. Ahmad is an active member in the Association for Bridge Construction and Design (ABCD) – Pittsburgh, the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), and the American Concrete Institute (ACI).

 

 

 

 

Kevin Lettrich, PE          Vice President – Construction

Kevin Lettrich, PE, began his civil engineering career in 1988 with an established western Pennsylvania civil consulting engineering firm. In 1990, Kevin joined SAI where he currently holds the position of Vice President – Construction. Previously, Kevin held the positions of department manager, project manager, construction supervisor, and construction inspector in our construction department. Kevin’s technical capabilities, personnel management, and leadership skills earned him the distinction of being named a principal and vice president of SAI’s construction department in 2018. Kevin oversees the day-to-day operations of the Pittsburgh construction department while also taking on a larger leadership role in corporate growth and direction as part of our principal group.

Kevin earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and is a licensed professional engineer in both Pennsylvania and Florida.

 

 

 

Bill Ferko, PE Vice President 

William G. Ferko, PE, joined SAI Consulting Engineers, Inc.in 1998 and holds the position of Vice President. Bill earned a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown. Bill also holds a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and PE licenses in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia. In addition to his Senior Project Manager responsibilities, Bill will oversee project management and project development in his Vice President role. Bill looks forward to “expanding our relationships with clients so that we are working as one team towards a common goal.” Bill’s goals include strengthening SAI’s presence in our current markets while we continue to grow into new regions. Bill has been active in professional organizations where he served as President for ABCD and is currently the Vice President for ASHE Mid-Allegheny. Bill and his wife, Sally, enjoy the outdoors and annual vacations with their two children. Bill has coached his two children’s soccer and baseball teams.

 

 

 

Brian Long, PE Vice President

Brian S. Long, PE, joined SAI Consulting Engineers, Inc. in 2000 and currently holds the position of Vice President overseeing engineering operations. Previously, Brian held the positions of highway engineer and project manager before being promoted to Vice President in 2021 and has over 30 years of experience in the planning, design, and construction of transportation projects.  Prior to joining SAI, Brian began his civil engineering career with McTish-Kunkel and Associates as a traffic engineer in 1992.

Brian earned a Bachelor of Science in engineering from Pennsylvania State University.  Brian is a registered engineer in Pennsylvania and Florida. A sampling of the notable projects Brian has designed or managed during his career at SAI include: Westec Drive Interchange and Tech Center Drive Improvement Project; the Titusville Traffic Signal Improvement Project; the SR 0422-Margaret Road Intersection Improvement Project; and SR 0079 over SR 0422 Bridge Replacement and Interchange Improvement Project.

Brian has been very active in several professional organizations throughout the years including being a Board Member of the Southwest Penn Section of the American Society of Highway Engineers (ASHE). Outside of the office, you will find Brian spending quality time with family and friends.  Brian especially enjoys golfing and with his son and attending various sporting events and concerts with friends and family.

 

 

Greg Soule, PE Asst. Vice President

Greg Soule, PE, joined SAI Consulting Engineers, Inc. in 2008 and holds the position of Assistant Vice President/Harrisburg Office Manager. Greg earned a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering along with a minor in environmental engineering from Penn State University. Greg will oversee project management and project development in his Assistant Vice President role. Greg’s goals are to continue to help expand and grow the Pennsylvania region. Greg is active in many professional organizations such as ABCD and ASHE. Greg and his wife, Diane, enjoy spending time with their two children.
