January 9, 2019, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania – SAI Consulting Engineers, Inc. has been selected by PennDOT District 11-0 for a construction inspection agreement for the I-579 Cap Project and SR 8002 A04 (Blvd. of Allies – Ramp H). SAI will provide approximately 6 inspectors for these two sections.
