January 17, 2019, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania – The successful team of JB Fay and SAI Consulting Engineers, Inc. has been selected by PennDOT District 11-0 for a design/build project of a simple-span bridge (77’) using accelerated bridge construction methods. The project carries SR 0051 (Stoops Ferry Rd) in Moon Township, Allegheny County. The project includes final design of the bridge, roadway, traffic control, and utility relocation.
