Thursday, September 16, 2020, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania – SAI Consulting Engineers, Inc. teamed with Mekis Construction on the Kelly Road design/build project in Mercer County, District 1. The contract includes a new simple span steel girder bridge, relocating an existing truss for pedestrian use, roadway, TCP, H&H, E&S, and permitting. The project manager will be Ray Henney.
