SR 322-CDB Project in Chester County was awarded the 2020 Excellence in Construction Award for Heavy Construction/Infrastructure

SAI’s SR 322-CDB Project in Chester County, District 6-0 was awarded the 2020 Excellence in Construction Award for Heavy Construction/Infrastructure ($5-$10 Million) by ABC Eastern PA. The project included the construction of a new 159-foot long two-span prestressed concrete bulb-T bridge, realignment of the roadway, intersection improvements with traffic signal upgrades, a stream relocation and wetland mitigation site, and a new parking lot for users of the Brandywine Trail and Sugar’s Bridge Nature Area. Allan Myers, the construction contractor for the project, began work in September 2018 and finished earlier this year. SAI’s design team included Skelly & Loy, Susquehanna Civil, Arrow Land Solutions, Interstate Acquisition Services, and InfraMap. Congratulations to all!
