Thursday, December 14, 2020, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania – SAI Consulting Engineers, Inc. was selected by PennDOT District 11-0 for an open-end agreement to provide supplementary construction inspection services on various projects including roadway and bridge construction projects and material plant inspection. This is a five year agreement with a maximum amount of $1,500,000. Michelle Hinds will be the project manager.
