February 12, 2021, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania – SAI Consulting Engineers, Inc. was recently awarded PennDOT Engineering District 4-0 Agreement E04250 for the rehabilitation or replacement of 3 bridges located in Wayne County near the Pennsylvania/New York border. The agreement for preliminary engineering, final design, right of way acquisition and construction services includes survey, environmental and cultural resource studies, public involvement, roadway design, structural engineering, H&H analysis, right of way evaluation and acquisition, traffic control, signing and pavement markings, geotechnical engineering, utility coordination, permitting, final plan and bid package development, and construction consultation.
