March 10, 2021, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania – SAI Consulting Engineers, Inc. was recently awarded PennDOT Engineering District 11-0 Agreement E05056 for 5 inspectors for construction inspection for SR 28-A58/A62. The work will include milling and resurfacing, concrete pavement preservation, guiderail, drainage, signing and pavement marking, as well as bridge preservation for two sections of state route 0028. The work is set to begin in May of this year with an estimated construction cost of $20,000,000. The project manager will be Michelle Hinds. #construction #inspection #civilengineeringdesign
