March 10, 2021, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania – SAI Consulting Engineers, Inc. was recently awarded PennDOT Engineering District 12-0 Agreement E05041 for an open-end agreement to perform construction inspection services on various highway and bridge projects in Engineering District 12-0. The work will include the inspection of roadway construction, bridge construction, traffic signal installation, painting of structures, and the checking of CPM scheduling for 60 months.
