Today, March 4th, is National Employee Appreciation Day. As Richard Branson says, “Clients do not come first. Employees come first. If you take care of your employees, they will take care of the clients.”
So today is to celebrate YOU. Thank you for putting out dumpster fires, going the extra mile, staying late, coming in early, developing relationships with our clients, subconsultants, and amongst each other, and participating in organizations in our transportation and construction industries. Our team is better because of YOU. We’ve got nothing but thanks for YOU.
