Vince Theys and Brenden Good completed a routine bridge inspection for the on and off ramps of SR 309 over the Susquehanna River near Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania. Traffic control and a snooper crane were provided by Sofis Company Inc. to inspect the multiple span steel superstructures of these bridges.
