Armstrong Trails held a grand opening celebration for an additional 10 miles of trails added to the corridor in Armstrong/Clarion counties. Included in the addition was the conversion of the Kiski Railroad Bridge (1899) to a pedestrian crossing over the Kiski River. SAI provided Design and Construction Inspection services for this project. Jason DeFlitch, Ray Henney, and Sean McKeever, P.E. attended the event.
