It’s National Women’s Health Week

It is National Women’s Health Week! On land or on water, our staff keep strong in mind and body πŸ’ͺ . Whether enjoying nature, exercising, or getting involved in a sport or a wellness program, investing in yourself is key to a healthier life! Your future self will thank you. ❀️

Cathleen Zeisler, PE, CBSI, the paddle boarder 🌊 : Here Cathleen is paddle boarding on the Rio Grande River during a family trip. She also enjoys hiking, rails-to-trails biking, and golf πŸšΆβ€β™€οΈ 🚲 πŸŒβ€β™€οΈ. For her day job, she most enjoys inspecting bridges in beautiful scenic creeks, spotting wildlife, and listening to the birds. Of course, any day outside is a good day!

Emily Gordon, the runner πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ πŸ‘Ÿ: It’s time to hit the ground running with Emily. She runs about 3x a week and participated in the Corporate Fun Run 2 Mile Race with her SAI colleagues. She also likes to lift too! πŸ’ͺ πŸ‹β€β™€οΈ

Beatrice Walters, the beekeeper 🐝 🍯 : Yes, Bea is a beekeeper! Here she is capturing a swarm of bees (she must have nerves of steel). She loves this hobby because she gets out in nature, gets her exercise, and eventually gets healthy honey from the colony of bees.

Lori Gennuso, the golfer β›³ πŸŒβ€β™‚οΈ : For more than 15 years, Lori has enjoyed her golf league. It gets her outdoors, close to nature, and she gets lots of fresh air. She has built many friendships with women who also golf. Her group tied for 2nd place in a tournament (tie breaker hole placed them in 3rd), and she is very proud of that trophy. πŸ† She has also bowled for over 15 years too! 🎳
