Hamze Samara, PE, has more than 35 years of experience in project management, design, and construction on FDOT, CFX Florida Turnpike Enterprise, MDX, Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade County projects. He has design experience in major and minor highway projects including RRR and Safety projects. Hamze has managed and designed interstates, freeways, and urbanized projects for FDOT.
Hamze earned a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from University of Central Florida. He is a registered engineer in Florida and is Advanced MOT Certified.
Hamze manages SAI’s Central Florida office.
