PTC Mainline Reconstruction

SAI is responsible for the total reconstruction design review activities on three separate sections, totaling 43 miles of mainline reconstruction projects that include the replacement and rehabilitation of over 100 structures. In addition to design review, SAI is responsible for environmental permitting, Right-of-Way acquisition, public involvement, utility clearance, and coordination with PennDOT and local municipalities.
