SAI was responsible as a subconsultant to Dawood Engineering on a statewide contract to inventory retaining and noise walls, and high mast light poles. SAI was assigned to District 11-0 and completed the inventory for all of Beaver (93 retaining wall assets, 22 high mast light poles on 38 state routes), and Lawrence Counties (31 retaining wall assets, on 31 state routes), and a portion of Allegheny County (533 retaining wall assets on 127 state routes) in western Pennsylvania.
