July 10, 2018, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania – SAI Consulting Engineers, Inc., as a subconsultant to Civil and Environmental Consultants, Inc., will be primarily responsible for preparing plans, specifications, and construction documents for the main connector road between Phase 2, and Phase 3, the new Nine Mile Run Bridge, and the associated retaining walls for the Summerset at Frick Park Phase 3 land development project. The development project will comprise of approximately 39 acres in the Swisshelm park neighborhood in the City of Pittsburgh. This area was previously used as a slag dump from the late 1960’s until the 1980’s.
