Project Manager (Highways)
SAI is seeking a Project Manager (Highways) to work with key
staff in our Harrisburg, Philadelphia, and Pittsburgh Offices on signature projects for the
Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT), Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission
(PTC), and local municipalities.
Responsibilities
- Planning, defining, and monitoring project scope-of-work, schedules, and budgets to ensure client and SAI expectations are met.
- Management of internal project teams and subconsultants.
- Mentoring junior staff and sharing technical expertise. At SAI, we value professional

organization. - Implementing business development initiatives, including proposal writing, presentation
development/delivery, and participation in marketing meetings. - Developing client relationships through membership and participation in professional
organizations.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in highway design and project management
- BS or MS in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer’s License
- Knowledge of PennDOT and PTC design processes
- Ability to meet schedules and control budgets
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment as a team leader
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
