Project Manager (Structures)
SAI is looking for a Project Manager (Structures) who will work with our key staff in our Pittsburgh office on signature projects for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT), Turnpike Commission, and complex city of Pittsburgh engineering projects.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for openly sharing their technical expertise and providing mentorship for young engineering professionals. At SAI, we value professional development, and we look to our Project Managers to be thought leaders within our organization.
- Responsible for planning and defining project scope of work and fees and ensuring that project/ task schedules and budgets are met.
- Professional opportunities include internal management and industry training, attending industry meetings, and memberships to professional organizations.
- Responsible for implementing business development initiatives like proposal writing and presentations.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in bridge design
- BS or MS in Civil Engineering
- Understanding of PennDOT and PA Turnpike Commission’s design development
- Professional Engineer’s License
- Natural team leader willing to champion their project team members and be thought leaders within our organization
