Senior Structure Engineer

SAI is looking for a team member in our Transportation Design Group with the desire to lead projects within our Structure Department.

Lead bridge design projects from concept to design and through construction
Coordinate design elements over multiple disciplines
Strong technical ability to provide guidance and oversight of the design process
Mentor junior engineers
Work collaboratively with other team members, consultants, and our clients
Prepare plans, specifications, and estimates for contract bidding

8 to 15 years of direct experience in the design and preparation of plans for transportation improvement projects
PE License in PA required
Experience with PennDOT and PTC projects development required
Strong work ethic
Ability to work in a team environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
