Guide and mentor junior engineers furthering our culture of growth company wide
Serve as a structural design advisor to structural staff on projects of all types, sizes, and complexities
Planning approach to “complex” structures
Continually assess and develop design procedures for adequacy with codes, standards and quality assurance procedures
Participate in company growth and business development by attending association meetings and other functions
