Colin Drager, PE, CBSI

Colin Drager, PE, CBSI has more than 15 years of experience in project management, bridge design and rehabilitation, 3-D finite element structural dynamic analysis, structural inspection, and hydraulic analysis using HEC-RAS. Colin is a Certified Bridge Safety Inspector and has computed load ratings for a wide variety of structure types.
Colin earned a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering from Penn State University. He is a registered engineer in Pennsylvania, Florida, and New Jersey.
Colin currently serves on the board of ASCE – SEI (Structural Engineering Institute) Philadelphia, serving as the Treasurer. He also active with ASHE-DelVal. He and his wife have 3 young children and a dog at home. Colin helped coach his daughter’s kindergarten basketball team. He enjoys golf, gardening, and dabbles in home improvement projects. One of his favorite pastimes is hiking. He and his wife hiked Zugspitze in Germany while on vacation.
Colin manages SAI’s Philadelphia-area office.
